At the port, you need to find the Maruti office.
Once you have checked in for your trip, keep your ticket in a safe place, as you will need it for check-in on the return journey.
A Maruti staff member will guide you to the boat boarding area.
The trip to Nusa Penida takes approximately 40-50 minutes.
● Return Journey
To check in for your return trip from Nusa Penida to Bali, please arrive at the Toyapakeh Port at least 30 minutes before departure.
In the waiting area, you will find the Maruti office. Show your ticket there, and you will be checked in for your return journey.
At the port, you need to find the Maruti office.

- Group transfer by Maruti is available for a minimum of 2 people from the areas of Ubud, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, McDonald’s Jimbaran, Sanur, and the Airport – an additional fee of 75,000 IDR per person one way. The group transfer can be arranged through the manager during the booking process
- During low tide on Nusa Penida, boats may not always reach the pier, and boarding may take place from the water. We recommend bringing coral shoes for a comfortable boarding or disembarking experience
- The transportation of animals on speedboats to Nusa Penida is prohibited by Indonesian law
- We do not recommend planning trips to other islands if you have less than two days before your departure from Bali
- The boat company reserves the right to transfer passengers to another company’s boat if less than 50% of the total seats have been sold
- Rescheduling a booking at the client’s request is possible if the request is made at least 12 hours before departure
- A booking can only be rescheduled once at the client’s request
- The refund for the service is made with a deduction of 10% of the amount of payment in case the client is made by the client at least 48 hours before the event or if there is an official document from a medical institution on hospitalization;
- The refund is carried out at the exchange rate of currencies established by the Indonesia Bank on the day of payment;
- A full refund of funds is made if it is impossible from the executor (provider) to fully provide the service;
- The term for consideration of the refund is up to 5 working days from the date of circulation;
- The term of money return is up to 5 banking days from the moment of approval of the decision on consideration.
- The transfer of booking on the initiative of the client is possible if the circulation is made at least 12 hours before departure.
- It is possible to transfer the reservation only once on the initiative of the client.
