1. The “MOS-Activity.com” gift certificate (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Certificate”) is an electronic voucher that has an individual identification number (order number) and gives the Bearer the right to use the services of the “MOS-Activity.com” service within the limits specified in the certificate amounts.
2. A gift certificate cannot be used to receive funds. If the service specified in the Gift Certificate was not provided due to weather conditions or the cancellation was made by the Provider (Contractor), then this service will be transferred to another date.
3. The gift certificate is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. After the specified period, the unused Gift Certificate is canceled. Funds for canceled Gift Certificates are not refundable.
4. The Gift Certificate can be used by the Bearer only once. From the moment the Gift Certificate is used and the Provider (Contractor) provides the service, its validity is terminated.
5. In the case of using a Gift Certificate, and the provider is unable to fulfill the service, for some reason beyond the control of MOS-Activity.com, the service can be exchanged for another, either equal in cost, or higher, but with additional payment of the difference by the guest (client).
6. If the cost of the service when the Gift Certificate is replaced by the Bearer is less than its nominal value, the difference is not paid.
7. In the event that the Provider (the Contractor providing the service) increases the cost of this tour, the company “MOS-Activity.com” reserves the right to request that the Provider pay an additional payment of the difference, and the Client undertakes to pay it additionally.
