Once you have checked in, keep your paper ticket with detachable stubs in a safe place, as you will need it for check-in on the return trip.
The journey to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Lombok takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.

To check in for the return trip from Gili/Lombok to Bali, you must arrive at the Gili Getaway office 30 minutes before the boat’s departure time and present your ticket.
The return journey to Bali takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

- Return from the Gili Islands is recommended at least 2 days before departure from Bali
- Due to bad weather in the Lombok Strait, ferry transport to/from the Gili Islands may be required (force majeure)
- Ticket information provided on the website is for reference only. Availability for a specific date and time must be confirmed with the manager.
- A port tax of 20,000 IDR per person is charged at Gili before arrival and before boarding the boat back to Bali. The total tax amount for both ways is 40,000 IDR per person.
- Taxes are not included in the ticket price and must be paid separately.
- If you do not check in at the company’s office before your departure from the Gili Islands, the fare for a local boat may vary.
- Due to bad weather in the Lombok Strait, for safety reasons, the boat company reserves the right to transfer passengers to a ferry for transportation between the Gili Islands and Bali.
- Transporting animals on speedboats to the Gili/Lombok Islands is prohibited by Indonesian law.
● The transfer of booking at the initiative of the client is possible if the circulation is made at least 12 hours before the departure.

- A refund for the service is processed with a 10% deduction from the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client at least 7 days before the event or upon presenting an official medical document confirming hospitalization.
- A full refund is provided if the service cannot be fully delivered by the provider.
- The refund request review period is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
- The refund processing period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application. The refund is issued based on the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of the refund.
