Tulamben is a small village in eastern Bali that attracts divers from all over the world thanks to its unique underwater attraction. Here, on the ocean floor, rests the transport ship Liberty, which has become a real paradise for underwater explorers.
The ship's history dates back to World War II. Shot down by a torpedo, Liberty was towed to the shores of Tulamben, where she remained aground for a long time. However, in 1963, a powerful eruption of Mount Agung and the subsequent earthquake caused a lava flow that sent the ship to the bottom of the ocean. Now this place is an underwater museum, covered with corals and inhabited by a variety of marine life.
Diving here is suitable for divers of any skill level. The clear water and abundance of underwater life make this an unforgettable experience, allowing you to see the details of the ship and its marine life up close.

● Morning transfer
At the appointed time, be at the meeting point at the company’s dive center, or if you have ordered a morning transfer, then a driver will arrive at your hotel or villa by the time of the meeting. You must wait for the car at the hotel reception or at the entrance to the villa.
The transfer will take you to the dive center in the northeast of Bali in the Amed area; the journey from the southern regions will take approximately 2.5 hours. You'll drive past rice terraces and volcanic black sand beaches. On the way there is a magnificent view of the Agung volcano.
● Main program
At the dive center, an English-speaking instructor will tell you how to behave in the water and also give basic safety rules. Water entry will be from the shore. Travel time from the dive center to the dive site will be approximately 20 minutes through picturesque terrain.
The duration of the first dive is 25-30 minutes in the sunken ship. After this, you can relax in the cafe and exchange impressions with the other participants. For lunch you will be offered a light snack.
After a short rest, you will continue to conquer the ocean with renewed vigor. The second dive will be a little longer - 35-40 minutes.
You will return to the dive club around 16:00.
● Return transfer
If you have booked a return transfer, go to the dive center parking lot. The driver will be waiting for you there. The transfer will take you back to your hotel or villa. Transfer travel times depend on how busy the roads are and where your hotel or villa is located.

Diving is available to everyone who does not have serious medical restrictions;
After diving, you cannot fly on airplanes or climb mountains for 24 hours.
