- Transfer: Bali – Bromo volcano
08:00-12:00 - transfer from the hotel/villa to the ferry terminal in Gilimanuk.
Early in the morning the company driver will arrive at the appointed time. In a comfortable car you will travel through the western part of the island to the ferry terminal. The road passes through some of Bali's most picturesque surroundings: beaches, rice fields and the Western National Park.
12:00 -13:00 - ferry crossing to the port of Banyuwangi in eastern Java. In Ketapang, you will stop for lunch at a local restaurant and continue to the Mount Bromo area.
About 5 more hours on the road and by 18:00 you are there – in the village of Jemara Lawang. Here you will need to register at the hotel - and you can relax after a busy day.
- Sunrise on Bromo – climb to the Bromo crater – Banyuwangi
03:00 - We leave the hotel in a four-wheel drive jeep to be in time for dawn. An unforgettable excursion to the Bromo volcano awaits you.
Already at 4:00 in the morning you will arrive at the observation deck on Mount Pananjakan, where on the edge of the Tengger caldera you will catch your breath with delight - such an incredible view opens up to the rising panorama of Bromo. Here you will see the sunrise.
At 06:00 am you will return to the jeeps and drive through the “Sea of Sand”, a sandy plain with incredible views of the volcanic terrain. Then you will have an ascent to an active volcano. After overcoming 240 steps, you will find yourself at the top and will be able to see the crater of the volcano and the amazing Martian landscape around. After that, you return to the jeep and go to the hotel: have breakfast, pack your things, and relax.
At 10:00 am departure from the hotel towards Madakaripura waterfall. There you will spend about two hours exploring the local landscapes and cooling off in the cool breeze of the waterfalls. After visiting the waterfall, you will continue to the hotel at the foot of the Ijen volcano.
According to the new requirements for visiting the Ijen volcano, all tourists must have their blood pressure checked and obtain a medical permit. Therefore, on the way to the hotel there will be a short stop at the hospital. It won't take long. You will also have a stop for lunch. Approximate travel time is 5 - 6 hours. After checking into the hotel, you will have the opportunity to relax here until midnight.
- Climbing Ijen – return to Bali
At 00:30 at night, departure from the hotel to the slope of the active Ijen volcano. You will be taken into an amazing natural world - this is one of the few areas in Java where giant ferns and bizarre plants remain. Before you start your climb, you will meet with a professional English-speaking guide who will give you masks - respirators and flashlights.
At 02:00 am the ascent to Ijen will begin. Trekking will take approximately 1.5 hours. At the crater you can enjoy the stunning sight of the blue lights for which Ijen is famous. The largest sulfur deposit is located here and its production is constantly carried out. Miners climb up from the crater with 80-kilogram baskets on their shoulders. You will meet them on the way to the top.
You will see the dawn of the rising sun at an altitude of 2386 meters above sea level. From there you will see incredible landscapes: silhouettes of mountains, morning haze and an acid lake of an incredible turquoise hue.
At 06:00 in the morning you will begin your descent from the volcano. Approximate descent time is 1 hour. You will then head to the hotel for breakfast and pack your things.
11:00 -17:00 - return to Bali. The exact time of arrival at your hotel/villa depends on the distance of your hotel and traffic conditions.

- According to official information from December 13, 2023, due to the activity of Bromo volcano, climbing is only possible to the crater at a distance of 1 km or to the bottom of the stairs. If weather conditions permit, the guides will give permission to climb higher. This decision is made on the spot and only by the guide.
- the descent into the crater to the lake is not equipped for safe descent and ascent. We strongly do not recommend descending into the crater. Otherwise, the tour organizer is not responsible for possible consequences.

- at the top of the Bromo volcanoes the temperature can drop to +7 - +3 degrees, we strongly recommend that you take warm clothes: jackets, hats, warm pants, jumpers and sweaters, several cotton T-shirts, socks and comfortable shoes.
