Beach Features

• Coastline: wide white sand, with a smooth entry into the water. The bottom is varied: there are areas with stones, sand, and in some places there are sharp pebbles.

• Water: very clear, at the peak of the tide it becomes slightly cloudy due to the waves, but at low tide the water is completely calm near the shore.

• Waves: High waves crash onto the reef in the distance, creating calm lagoons offshore. Suitable for swimming with children.

• Sunsets: The sun sets behind Bukit, but the sky turns a picturesque pink and red.

• Entry into the water: difficult in places due to rocks, be careful when swimming during high tides.

Infrastructure

• Parking: convenient access to the beach, there are upper and lower parking lots.

• Entry by car – 5,000 rupees.

• Entry by bike – 2,000 rupees.

• Entrance fee: 10,000 rupees for adults, 3,000 rupees for children.

• Toilets and showers: free and in good condition.

• Restaurants: the Palmella restaurant with an infinity pool is on site, and there are also traditional warungs.

• Sun loungers: for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella they ask for 100,000 rupees, locals pay 50,000.

• Features: the embankment is equipped with gazebos, green spaces and sidewalks, the area is wheelchair accessible.

Entertainment and events

• Kayaking and Swimming: Great for a relaxing getaway on the water.

• Wedding Photo Shoots: A popular location for photo shoots, there is a dedicated dressing room and makeup area at Kori Agung Gate.

• Photo sessions: against the backdrop of limestone cliffs and the Balinese Kori Agung Gate.

• Natural baths: You can enjoy the natural lagoons at low tide, but be careful - sometimes there are snakes there.

Safety

• There are lifeguards on the beach who monitor the state of the ocean and place red flags in dangerous places.

• Park in the lower parking lot to reduce the risk of theft.

• Do not leave valuables unattended, even if you are vacationing in a uncrowded area.

Features of the visit

• Communications: There is no cell service at the base of the cliff.

• People: on weekday mornings the beach is sparsely populated, but in the afternoons and on weekends the number of vacationers increases.

• Access: the roads are cut into the rocks, access to the beach is convenient, but the left road has not yet been completed and it is not recommended to travel along it.
